Description: This is my low-carb version of one of my family's favorite quick meals -- S.O.P.P--Sausage, Onions, Peppers, and Potatoes.
I make this for myself as I'm making the nasty starch filled version for my family. ;-)
Ingredients: Sliced Smoked Sausage
1/4 c. Onion Slices
1/4 c. Bell Pepper Slices
1/2 c. Turnip Slices
Salt (a dash)
How To Prepare: Melt butter in skillet. Add turnip slices, sprinkle with salt(optional). Cook until almost tender. Add Sausage, Onions, and Peppers. Cook over med heat while stirring until sausage in cooked through.
Number of Servings: 1
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: about 7
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
