Great substitute for BLT!
Bacon 3 strips or so
Tomato 2 slices
Tortilla (low-carb garlic & herb)
2 tsp. Mayo
(*a tad of olive oil to fry tortilla)
How To Prepare:
Fry up bacon. Slice tomato and avocado and lettuce.
Heat up olive oil in frying pan and fry tortilla on both sides untill desired crispiness. Spread mayo on tortilla. Layer with avocado, bacon, lettuce, & tomato. Fold in half and enjoy! I spinkle a little salt over my avocados & tomato. I really enjoy this substitute for a real BLT!

7-8 depending on tortilla size...I use small ones
