3 lbs. boneless pork loin ("Royale") roast - cut in half (I bought two 1.5 lb. roasts)
1 lb. package of sauerkraut (get larger package if you want more)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup of hot water
How To Prepare:
Over high heat, brown pork loin, then place in bottom of Crockpot. Drain juice from sauerkraut package, then sprinkle sauerkraut over top. Add 1/8 tsp. of salt to hot water, and pour over top. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours. That's it!
