Ingredients: 3 lb pork roast -- (3 to 4)
2 cloves garlic -- sliced thin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup water
3 medium zucchini -- sliced
into 1” rounds
How To Prepare: Using a sharp knife, stab
thin slits all over the roast
and insert garlic
slivers into them. Mix the
salt, pepper and thyme and
rub into the roast all
over. Place the water, then
the roast into the crock pot.
Turn to high and
cover. Let cook 4 hours,
then add the zucchini in. Let
cook another 1-2 hours or
until meat is fork
tender and zucchini is

Positive aspects of the product (pros): I didn't have to cook anything--love that crock pot!
Cons: none

I was surprised this was so good but it was! The recipe is quite simple and gave me the night off from cooking! Everyone loved it! Thank you Dottie for another great recipe! I will be trying more of your recipes now. (I think you may just know your way around the kitchen, lol) Thanks again.
