Marinate pork chops in olive
oil, rosemary, thyme & 1/2
overnight. Remove and
cook chops for 5 min each
side. Blend softened butter,
horseradish, porkrinds &
remaining pepper together.
Place on pork chops and
bake at 350 for 8-10
minutes or until topping is
brown & chops are done.
