broccoli, divided into florets
spicy sausage (of your liking)
grated cheese, (we like gruyere, but you can use whatever you like / have handy)
How To Prepare:
slice or cube chicken breast and put aside, slice sausage into bite size pieces and cook till almost done (the best way is to put it in a covered skillet with a couple tbs of water and let it steam, lid on)in a large skillet heat 1 tbs of olive oil and 1 tbs of butter. just as butter bubbles ad diced onion, and cook alone till transparent. ad sliced or diced chicken breast. when chicken is almost done ad garlic, precooked sausage bites and broccoli florets.place a lid on it and cook till chicken is totally done,stirring occasionally. when chicken and sausage are fully cooked just put it in a bowl, grate your favourite cheese on it and enjoy!
