Description:
I came up with my own recipe for my salmon patties today and I loved it and I am NOT a huge fan of anything fishy except for tuna. This was quite filling. You can tweak seasonings for personal taste and ideas are more than welcome.

Ingredients:
One 2.6 oz. pouch boneless, skinless salmon, 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds, 1 egg, 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 Tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, 1 Tablespoon oil, 2 Tablespoons butter, 2 deli sliced cheese, 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Heat butter in a frying pan on a medium heat. Mix all other ingredients together and then form into 2 patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Place a slice of cheese on each patty before removing from pan so as to let them melt. Remove from pan and place on a bed of mixed lettuce and then top each patty with a Tablespoon of mayonnaise.
