Firm fleshed white fish--as much as you want to eat--I use tilapia
ground almonds--I buy them at Trader Joes, or you can put almonds in a food processor
How To Prepare:
Spray a glass baking pan with cooking spray.
Put the fish in the pan.
Cover the fish with a thin layer of ground almonds.
Squeeze the lemon over the fish.
Sprinkle garlic salt over the fish.
Melt some butter and pour it over the fish.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
