Enjoy the 4,000+ Low Carb Recipes!!!
I was thinking of something to have for lunch and I saw the tin of red salmon in the cupboard, I've seen my mum use this on "Club Sandwiches" (Multi-layered sandwiches) and decided to make a low-card version of it. It uses lettuce in place of bread to hold everything together.
1 Tin Red Salmon (Medium or Premium)
Iceberg Lettuce (Or any other lettuce good as a holder of food)

How To Prepare:

2. Mash up salmon to the point where it is nearly a thick paste.
3. Add lemon and salt and pepper
4. Spread cream cheese on lettuce

6. Roll up tightly
