Description: I was thinking of something to have for lunch and I saw the tin of red salmon in the cupboard, I've seen my mum use this on "Club Sandwiches" (Multi-layered sandwiches) and decided to make a low-card version of it. It uses lettuce in place of bread to hold everything together.
Ingredients: 1 Tin Red Salmon (Medium or Premium)
1 Lemon
Iceberg Lettuce (Or any other lettuce good as a holder of food)
Salt n Pepper
Creamy Cream Cheese
How To Prepare: 1. Open tin of salmon, remove all bones if any are present.
2. Mash up salmon to the point where it is nearly a thick paste.
3. Add lemon and salt and pepper
4. Spread cream cheese on lettuce
5. Add paste
6. Roll up tightly
7. Enjoy
