Easy and delicious! Even non-LC'ers love it!
1 (or more) Lb. pre-cooked peeled & deveined shrimp, tails removed
1/2 stick butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
a squeeze or two of lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste Italian salad greens
How To Prepare:
1. Melt the butter along with garlic and herbs over low heat.
2. Add shrimp, turn up the heat a bit, and saute till heated through. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve on a bed of italian salad greens, with that nice buttery garlic stuff! Yumm!
Number of Servings:
2 light servings. I'll eat all this myself!
