1/2 c. flaxmeal1 Tbsp. splenda1 tsp. baking powder1/4 c. strawberry & banana low carb protein powder2 tsp. vital wheat gluten1/4 c. melted light margarine (or butter)1 large egg1/4 c. carb countdown milk (or use skim milk, cream or half & half)1 tsp. vanilla
How To Prepare:
Combine your dry ingredients together. next add all your remaining wet ingredients. Whisk together well.Heat a small skillet or griddle to low (these pancakes tend to burn easily and quickly). Pour a little less than 1/4 c. of batter to form each pancake. Once the batter begins to bubble they're ready to flip. You'll need to watch these fairly close cause they WILL BURN quickly. Serve warm with SF pancake syrup.
