canned tuna -- drained
mayo -- as much as desired
salt and pepper
egg -- beaten
spicy pork rinds -- crushed fine
oil -- for frying
How To Prepare:
Mix tuna, mayo, celery, onion, salt, pepper and cheddar in
a bowl. Heat oil in nonstick pan for frying. Form "patties"
and dip in beaten egg and then dip in the crushed pork rinds.
Place in hot oil and fry each side until brown and crispy.
