1 cans chopped clams (drained) -- (2 6/12 ounce)
1/3 cup minced green bell pepper
1/2 cup celery -- minced
1 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs -- beaten
1 tablespoon butter
3 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
4 slices bacon
8 empty large clam shells -- scallop shells or
mini souffle dishes
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into serving dishes and place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute. Remove, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cover with sliced bacon. Return to oven until bacon is crisp.
