Ingredients: 1 pound shrimp -- peeled and deveined
1 pound scallops
2 cups snow peas -- cleaned
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- optional
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper -- each
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper -- optional
How To Prepare: Toss shrimp with seasonings. Heat oil in a large skillet and stir fry snow peas for 2 minutes. Add scallops and stir fry 3 minutes. Add shrimp and soy sauce and stir fry 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Toss with sesame seeds if used. Serve im

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Really pretty and wonderful dish
Cons: Pricey (shrimp and scallops) but worth it

This dish is fantastic and beautiful.

I cut the shrimp and scallop amount by a quarter (because I am poor) and added mushrooms before the snowpeas in the recipes to add bulk. I also used fresh ginger instead of the powder. The dish was wonderful. A big hit - served it over rice for the suger-eating crowd in my house and it was VERY well received.
