1/2 pound shrimp -- Shelled, deveined, and tails off
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Butter
2 ounces sliced Mushrooms
Shredded Provel Cheese
How To Prepare:
In a medium sauce pan, heat butter until melted. Add chicken Broth, White Wine, mushrooms to butter cook on high heat until mixture starts to slightly boil. Add Shrimp and cook until done about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Provel cheese and heat until melted
aprox. 3 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of unmelted provel cheese on top.
