Description:
Ingredients: 1 pound large scallops
olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
fresh spinach
curry powder
6 tablespoons heavy cream
How To Prepare: Heat olive oil in pan, add scallops, cooking for 2 minutes each side.
Remove from pan, add as much fresh spinach as you'd like and saute for 1
minute. Add cream, mustard and curry powder and heat through. Add scallops
back into pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Number of Servings: 10
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 14 total recipe, excluding spinach and curry powder
