Opa Macademia Crusted Pan Seared Tuna with Teriyaki Sauce

tuna steak -- (1" thick) (1 to 2)
2 tablespoons Canola oil
6 macadamia nuts -- grated
Black Pepper -- to Taste
2 teaspoons Prudhome's Blackened Redfish Magic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
3 cloves garlic -- chopped sauted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Brown Sweet 'n Low¨ sweetener
How To Prepare:
Heat canola oil in pan
Mix Redfish Magic (or similar for bit of spice) with grated nuts
Dust only one side of steaks in nut/spice mix - top with pepper
Sear unseasoned side of tuna in pan - 2 minutes for medium rare
Turn tuna for another 2 minutes. Increase time for more doneness
For Teriyaki Sauce, mix all ingredients in sauce pan. Serve as side or over tuna steaks.
