1 can of tuna
2 green onions minced
1/2 tsp of parsley
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tsp of oil
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of thyme
12 pecan halves small pieces
2 eggs beaten slightly
How To Prepare:
Mix tuna, onions and spices together. Add eggs, mix well. Heat oil in a skillet. Take a heaping spoonful of mixture and place it on skillet. Flatten slightly with a spatula. Cook two minutes on each side until it is browned. Serve with mustard, mayo, or pickles.
