I will give you the original recipe as was when I was growing up and beside I will put into ()my substitutes. I cannot have grains, but if you can, it will be lot better.
1 c. flour (1/2 c. almond & 1/2 c. flaxmeal) 3/4 c. sugar (splenda) 2 TB. Cocoa powder 1/2 c. cream 1 TB. vanilla Mix and pour into (Pam sprayed) 6 x 8 pan.
Mix 3/4 c. brown sugar (1/2c brown sug. sub. + 1/4c. splenda) 1/4 c. cocoa powder 13/4 c. Hot Water mix well.
How To Prepare:
Pour hot water mixture over the mixture in the 6x8 pan.
Bake 30-35 mins. at 350 degrees. Cool. Top each serving with cool whip or (whipped cream)
