Ingredients: Crust:
2-3 Keto Chocolate Chip Biscotti Cookies - finely crushed
4 Tablespoons melted butter

I spray butter Pam on the bottom and sides of pan first. Put crushed cookies and butter in large springform pan. Pat along bottom only.

5 (8oz) 1/3 fat cream cheese
1 cup Splenda
3/4 c Sugar-free Vanilla Syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 large sugar-free/low carb chocolate bars cut in small chunks or 1 c sugar-free chocolate chips
1/2 c sour cream

How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350
Mix cream cheese, eggs, splenda, syrup, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth. Fold in chocolate. Put in large springform pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes - until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 2-3 hours before serving.
