1 pkg. Cream Cheese (8oz.) - room temperature
1 pkg. Sugar-Free Jello - Lemon Flavor (or other)
¼. C. Hot water
¼ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
For Crust: 2 servings of Vanilla Bite Size Wafers (approx. 34) – crushed fine
1 oz. of Macadamia Nuts
¼ C. Splenda
4 T. of melted butter
How To Prepare:
1)Mix Sugar-free Jello with ¼ c. of hot water. Dissolve.
2)Combine Cream Cheese and Heavy Whipping Cream. 3)Mix in Jello mixture. Set aside. Crust:
4)Crush wafers and nuts until fine (food processors work great).
5)Mix in Splenda.
6)Pour melted butter over dry mixture and stir. 7)Press crust into one big dish, or into smaller sizes (I used cupcake wrappers, or
candy wrappers for smaller treats). 8)Pour filling over top of crust.
9)Refrigerate. Enjoy!! Total Carbs: 50 - 6 pieces per pie = 8 carbs!
Bite Size total Carbs: 3 I got 24 individual wrappers out of this recipe so total carbs was 3. Great for days you would like a treat or two!!
