sprinkle 4 packets of gellatine into a cup of cold unsweetend coconut milk, boil the other cup of coco milk in 2 cups of almond milk, add 2 tbsp stevia and 3 tbsp coco macaroon mix into cold cocomilk and stir till all gellatin is melted. pour into container and let set in refrig till it hardens. divide by 14

Nice Change from Regular Jello
Great idea of using part almond milk to reduce the calories! I made a similar version using just coconut milk for one layer and SF Jello (whatever flavor you like to go with coconut) for a 2nd layer. For Christmas you can ever make 3 layers Strawberry/Lime/Coconut which looks really festive.
