2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Box Sugar Free Lime Jello
Splenda to taste
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
How To Prepare:
1) Heat one cup of the whipping cream on stove top or in microwave (Doesn't have to boil).
2) Stir in the Jello. 3) Add the cream/Jello mixture to the other cup of heaving cream in large mixing bowl. 4) Whip on low until mixed. 5) Add sour cream and whip until thicker. (Doesn't have to be whip-cream consistency because the gelatin will thicken it when refrigerated. Whipping it too long will make it gritty.) 6) Add Splenda to taste. 7) Refrigerate and enjoy!
