Description: All the flavor of Mom's homemade apple pie without the extra carbs.
Ingredients: 5 apples (any variety) peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 Nutmeg
1C. splenda
1C. Raisins
1 Tbsp Corn starch or potato starch
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 425
Spray inside of a loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then put in to prepared bread pan. Cover with foil and place in oven. Now depending on the oven it will take between 15-20 minutes till done. Remove from oven. If serving warm scoop in to serving dishes and a dollop of Fat Free whip topping and or a scoop of vanilla frozen yogart and serve.
