This turns out like a fluffy mousse.
Its very good!
15 oz Ricotta cheese
2 oz Cream cheese
2 tsp pourable powder splenda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
How To Prepare:
Mix together cream cheese, splenda, and cocoa.
Place mixture and ricotta cheese in a blender.
Blend on medium until smooth.
You can also add a raw egg to make the mixture fluffier. (you wont be able to taste the egg at all, i promise)
Chill one hour.
I like to top this with whipped cream, or some fresh raspberries
