The easiest recipe for ice cream I know of. The carbs are pretty low, depending on the kind of fruit used and the sweetener. I use Splenda or Fiberfit (thus reducing the carbs and giving me some fiber). There are no measurements, because I don't measure much. Adjust thickness as needed. Don't put all the fruit in at once, add it slowly. You'll burn up your blender otherwise. It comes out fruity and creamy.
Frozen Fruit (raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
How To Prepare:
Pour cream into blender, add fruit and sweetener and blend.
