1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup powdered egg whites -- *see Note
1 cup splenda -- *see Note
2 cups heavy cream
How To Prepare:
Pour water, vanilla, powdered egg whites and splenda into a blender and
blend on high speed for 2 minutes Next pour in heavy cream in and blend ONLY for 1 minute. No longer or you
will get butter! Now just follow instructions on your ice cream maker
*since the LC craze, the price of powdered egg whites have sky rocketed! i\'ve seen prices ranging from $5.95-$13.95 for an 8oz container.
*you can lower the carbs by substituting 1/4 cup splenda,1/4 cup diabetesweet, 1/4 erythitol, for 1 cup splenda. i used "whey low for ice cream"
