You wont believe there's only 8g carbs per serving.
A rich, creamy pudding dessert made with any flavor pudding.
1 (28g) box of sugar free instant pudding (any flavor)
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups heavy cream
*2 1/2 cups whipped cream from a can (dont use cool whip as it has more carbs. Whipped cream from a can has less than 1g carbs per 2tbs)
*I you want to avoid sugar altogether, you can use the land 'o lakes sf cream instead or other heavy whipped cream that you whipped yourself. Add as much splenda or other sweetner as you like to sweeten the pudding to your liking.
How To Prepare:
Prepare pudding from directions on the box using heavy cream instead of milk. Mix in sour cream and whipped cream (I just measure by squirting cream into measuring cup and dumping in). Dish into individual servings. Allow pudding to chill in refrigerator for a little while, then serve!
Great served with sf wafer cookies.
