Pork Rinds (small handfull per serving)
Serving of softened ice cream (low carb of course)
How To Prepare:
Lay out the rinds on some paper towel. Melt 1 tbsp butter, add tsp or so of cinnamon, 1-2 tbsp of splenda, mix and sprinkle over rinds. Tos around in paper towel for a second then break up into smaller pieces. Put half of rinds bottom of your bowel, add ice cream, top with the rest of rinds. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top.
