Description: light, fluffy choclate peaks w/o the carbs.
When I have a chocolate craving this is what I make to curb it. I just eat it by itself. Kind of a mousse.
My non low carb friends even like it.
Ingredients: 1C whipping cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3-4 packets of splenda
1 heaping Tbl. hershey cocoa
How To Prepare: Blend everything in a bowl with mixer on whip, till stiff peaks develop.
Number of Servings: if used as a topping about 4.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 3 carbs entire bowl- so if using as topping <1
Preparation Time: a couple minutes to whip
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy

Positive aspects of the product (pros): delicious, easy
Cons: carb count is wrong

this was delish but I'm confused about how it can be only 3 carbs for the whole bowl? 6 carbs in the heavy cream, 3 carbs for Splenda, 1 carb for cocoa by my calculation.

I used ez sweet to bring down the carb count and it was yummy! thanks for posting!
