Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup half & half, 18 packets equal, 2 TBSP of quality freeze dried coffee
2 eggs (optional); To your taste, replace equal with splenda equivalent to 3/4 cups of sugar (optional)

How To Prepare:
|
In a bowl, blend cream, half & half, equal and freeze dried coffee. If eggs are used, separately wisk eggs to a fluff and blend into the mix (I suggest pasturized eggs--raw eggs can have salmonella). Place mixture into ice cream machine to harden.
