2 eggs
1 tablespoon Splenda
1/2 cup half & half or cream
1 slice lowcarb raisin bread
|

How To Prepare:
|
Break up the rasin bread in a custard cup. Beat together eggs, Splenda, and half & half. Pour over bread pieces. Let set for 2-3 minutes to soften bread. Stir. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake in microwave on 70% power for about 5 minutes, or until set.
