It tastes like a Wendy's shake!!!! Add protein powder if you want to make it nutritional. NOTES: Counts for tortilla or lavash not included in totals. Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 10    Positive aspects of the product (pros): Yum Cons: had to use other items I varied this recipe. I din't have any sugar free syrup, so I used unsweetened cocoa, about 2 tablespoons, 3 tablespoons of splenda. I used land of lakes heavy cream, zero carbs. I figure there were about 4 carbs. I have made this other ways, but tonight was the best. I mixed the cream, coca, splenda first, making it fluffy. Then I added about 5 to 6 ice cubes. This made the best shake I've ever had. It is going to be my keeper.

Very fast to make.. threw all the ingredients in my magic bullet and voila.. delicious and filling and LOW CARB!! GREAT!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
