Ingredients: 4 ounces unsweetened
1 cup half and half
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 cup artificial sweetener
How To Prepare: In double boiler, melt
chocolate. Add 1/2 and 1/2
and stir until well blended
and smooth. DO NOT BOIL.
Remove from heat and let
cool. In mixing bowl, mix
eggs until fluffy. Add
splenda and mix until
Add heavy cream and
vanilla and pinch of salt.
Blend well, add cooled
chocolate mixture. Blend
until creamy. Put into
covered bowl in fridge until
cool. Follow ice cream
manufacturers instructs...
(I don't have a ice cream
machine so am trying it by
just putting it in the freezer)
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 75g carbs total
