Ingredients: 1 cup MaltoMeal puffed rice
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons crunchy
peanut butter
1 1/2 ounces unsweetened
baking chocolate
3/4 cup artificial sweetener
How To Prepare: Melt chocolate with butter
(60 sec. in typical
microwave, then stir till
smooth). Stir in peanut
butter and Splenda, then
add puffed rice. Press into
a buttered 9x9 pan and
refridgerate till firm enough
to cut into at least 20
You could always skip the
peanut butter and/or add
some nuts.
This tasted great and didn't
interfere with ketosis. I ate
one and put the
rest into the freezer for
occasional treats.
NOTES : Counts for puffed
rice not included in total -
adjust accordingly
