Ingredients:

1 box sugar-free raspberry Jell-O
1 pack unflavored gelatin
½ cup chopped English walnuts
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 scoop (about ¼ cup) chocolate flavored whey protein powder
4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup whipping cream, whipped
¼ cup ground flax seeds

How To Prepare:
|
Prepare raspberry Jell-O as directed and chill until it begins to set
Add walnuts and coconut to raspberry Jell-O, and chill until firm.
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and protein powder until smooth.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in ¼ cup water. Add to cream cheese mixture, and mix well.
Fold in whipped cream, and ground flax seeds, and spread over raspberry Jell-O layer.
Chill until firm.
