Ingredients: 4 cups heavy cream
4 Tablespoons melted
3 eggs
1 cup splenda
3 Tablespoons Vanilla

How To Prepare: Heat butter and extract in
mug in microwave. This
allows the alcohol in the
extract to cook off. Scramble
eggs in a large sausepan.
Add two cups of cream. Mix
well. While still mixing bring
to simmer over a very low
heat. This cooks the eggs
without allowing them to
scramble. Takes about 10
minutes. Add remaining
ingredients. Refridgerate at
least 6 hours. Add to ice
cream maker and follow its
instructions. Enjoy - also
works if you add 2
tablespoons of banana or
mint extract and food
