Description:
Ingredients: 3 eggs -- beaten
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
18 packets artificial
sweetener -- or 1 cup
pourable
1 Quart Whole Milk
How To Prepare: Options: - 2 Teaspoons
Maple or Lemon Extract.
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
added when ice cream
begins to thicken.

Beat the eggs, extracts and
Spenda (or other
sweeetner) until
well blended. Add 2 cups of
the milk and mix until well
blended.
Pour mixture into the
Cuisinart Ice Cream
Machine and add
milk up to the fill line --
about 1/2 inch below the top
of the
frozen container. Turn the
machine on. After about 15
minutes,
the ice cream should be
starting to thicken. Add the
nuts and
whatever else that doesn't
make you feel too guilty.
Turn the
machine back on and let it
go until ice cream is
thickened.
Remove freezer container
from the machine and
scoop the ice
cream into a freezer
container and place in the
freezer for
at least 1/2 hour to
complete the firming
process.
