Ingredients:

1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/8 Cup Howard's Low
Carb Maple Syrup
1/8 Cup Chopped Walnuts

How To Prepare:
|
Mix ingredients together
and put in freezer, stirring
every 15 minutes until ice
cream like. Enjoy!
After reading the article on
yogurt and realizing it only
has 4g of carbs per cup
once the milk is digested
and turned into yogurt, I just
had to have some! It takes
away the ice cream craving!
Other Suggested Ways To
Eat This:
Add Low-Carb Chocolate
syrup
1/2 Tbs. Decaf instant
coffee (or both for Mocha
Yogurt)
Fruit Syrups
Slices Berries and some
Splenda
Any Extract...Banana with
some Walnuts is also
YUMMY!
