Ingredients:

Crust:
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Walnuts or Pecans)
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Soy Flour
1 Tablespoon Splenda
filling:
16 oz. Cream Cheese
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup Splenda or (1/2 C. Stevia)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of Salt
Topping:
1 Cups Sour Cream
4 Tablespoons Splenda
½ Cup of Sugar free diabetic Jam (strawberry)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of Salt

How To Prepare:

Crust instrucSpread nuts over the bottom of the pie tin then sprinkle soy flour and splenda. Melt the butter in microwave and trickle all over crust mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 Minutes
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Filling:
Mix all ingredients in filling until smooth & Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 Minutes. COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
Glaze:
Mix above and pour over cheesecake. Bake 5 Minutes to glaze the cheesecake. Then, refrigerate serve cold.
