Description: This is a simple recipe that I have used for years and adapted for a lower carb option. You can dress it up with your favorite flavors or liquors to make it really special.
Ingredients: 1 cup finely ground pecans
1/4 cup butter
12oz neufchatel cheese (low fat cream cheese)
2/3 cup splenda
2 eggs
1 cup low fat sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Prepare: Pre-heat oven to 350F. Prepare crust with pecans and butter. place in springform pan. bake in oven 10 minutes, set asside.

In a large bowl or food processer, stir together neufchatel cheese and splenda until soft and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla. (at this time add any flavorings you desire)Blend well. pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven , place on wire rack to cool. cover and chill.

Preparation Time: 35 minutes including cooking
