Ingredients: 16 ounces cream cheese --
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup artificial sweetener
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 package sugar free
instant pudding mix --
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350ˇF.
Place all ingredients in a
bowl and blend for 15
(Use food processor, mixer
or blender and alter time as
appropriate to mix
Pour mixture into a 9-inch
non-stick pie pan. Bake 1
Turn off oven and allow
cake to remain in oven
1additional hour.
Refrigerate till chilled and
cut and serve. Store,
covered with plastic wrap, in
the refrigerator for up to 4
Serves 8.
