Ingredients: Filling
12 oz. cream cheese --
1 egg
1/2 cup splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
3 splenda packets -- or 2
tablespoons pourable
1 teaspoon vanilla
Garnish (optional):
Strawberries -- sliced
Splenda to taste

How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 300
degrees. Spray 9-inch pie
pan with Pam cooking
spray. Blend filling
ingredients together until
smooth, using electric
mixer. Spread evenly in
prepared pan. Bake at 300
degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool

Mix together Topping
ingredients until well
blended and spread very
carefully over baked filling.
Bake at 300 degrees for 5
minutes. Do not allow to
brown. Chill thoroughly for
several hours. Don‰t worry
if small cracks appear in
top of cheesecake (the
strawberries will cover them
