Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces heavy cream
1/4 cup very hot water
1 package lime jell-o -- (or
flavor of choice)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 each large eggs --
4 splenda packets
4 ounces sour cream
1/8 teaspoon cream of

How To Prepare: Cut cream cheese into
cubes and place in a
saucepan with the cream.
Melt cheese over low heat.
Dissolve gelatin in hot
water and add 3 pks
splenda -
stir well to mix. Add gelatin
mixture to hot cream
cheese and whisk well,
then add egg yolks (only)
whisk very well. Remove
from heat and whisk in sour
cream until smooth. Allow
to cool 15 minutes. Beat
egg whites, cream of tartar
and remaining sweetener
to stiff peaks. Fold into
gelatin/cream mixture and
pour into a loaf pan or 8" pie
tin. Chill several
hours to set.
