Ingredients: 1 pkg sugar free lemon jello
-- (4 serving size)
2/3 cup boiling water
16 ounces cream cheese
grated rind of 2 lemons (I
use dried to taste)
juice of 1 lemon (I use
lemon extract to taste)
1 cup heavy cream --
whipped to about 2 cups
How To Prepare: Blend jello and boiling
water until disolved.
Add cream cheese; blend
until smooth, scraping
sides of bowl.
Fold in lemon rind, juice
and whipped cream.
Pour into pan. smooth top.
Chill 4 hours.

(you could experiment with
other jello flavors, I think lim
e would also be good)
NOTES : Counts for lemon
rind and juice not included
in totals... rind
is 1 carb per tblsp, and
juice is 21 per cup.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 19g carbs total
