Description:
Ingredients: 14 ounces ricotta cheese --
drained
6 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons artificial
sweetener -- to taste
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
How To Prepare: Beat all the ingredients and
pour into six buttered muffin
tins, for
individual cheesecakes.
Top with a little sf syrup or
sf jam (I used a
little stevia-sweetened
blackberry jam).
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 19g carbs total
