Description:
Ingredients: Crust:
Butter
1/4 cup nut meal
Base:
16 ounces cream cheese --
softened
3 packages artificial
sweetener -- nutri-sweet
3 packages artificial
sweetener -- sweet-n-low
1 egg -- beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping:
16 ounces sour cream
3 packages artificial
sweetener -- nutri-sweet
3 packages artificial
sweetener -- sweet-n-low
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Prepare: Butter pan liberally and dust
with nut meal.
Mix base ingredients until
creamy smooth. Pour into
pan. Bake at 350 for 25
mins. Mix topping
ingredients well. Spread
over baked base. Bake at
400 degrees
for 5 mins. Let cool. When
cool to touch, place in fridge
to chill for 2 hours. May
serve topped with fresh fruit
if desired.
NOTES : Counts for nut
meal not included in totals
