How To Prepare: 1 1/2 cups walnuts
5 tablespoons butter --
3 ounces cream cheese --
(3 to 8)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups Splenda
16 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Finely chop 1.5 cups
walnuts and mix with 5
of melted butter. Press into
pan (I used a 9x13 but you
can also use a springform
pan). Bake at 350 deg for
10 minutes or until lightly

3- 8 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1.25 cups Splenda

Beat cream cheese until
light and fluffy. Add eggs
one at
a time. Add vanilla and
Splenda. Pour onto crust
and bake at
350 for about 45 minutes or
until a very light golden

16 oz sour cream
1 tablespoon Splenda
1 tspn vanilla

Cream together, add to top
of cheescake and bake an
10 minutes. Let cool in
fridge about 6-8 hours and
then cut
into 18 slices.

Also good when topped
with Cool Whip.
