1 pkg sugar free jello any flavor
2 pkg cream cheese
2 pints of heavy whipping cream
8 pkgs of splenda
1 c cottage cheese
1 c boiling water
How To Prepare:
Disolve gelatin in boiling water & stir well. Blend cream cheese & cottage cheese in seperate bowl with electric mixer. Whip in splenda. Mix in jello mixture until smooth. Whip the heavy cream in seperate bowl until heavy peak stage. Fold into Jello/cream cheese mixture. Pour into paper lined muffin cups or pie dish. Chill until set. Even my family loved this. Rasberry is my personal favourite. Enjoy!
