3oz Cream cheese
2tbsp Heavy cream
1tbsp Your favourite protein shake powder
Extra splenda (depending on how sweet your shake mix is)
How To Prepare:
Mix all the ingredients with a spoon, and EAT. It is yum just like that or refriegerate for 10-15 minutes for a firmer dessert (if you can wait that long).
A yummier way to have your protein shake, or make your cheesecake more nuritious.
I like to eat it for breakfast! Mmmmm
